The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, then replied, “If you were to remain in that state after you parted me, the angels would visit you in your homes. And if you did not sin, God would bring forth a new creation in order to sin (and repent) so that He would forgive them.

Its pebbles are pearls and rubies, and its ground is saffron. Whoever enters it has prospered (and) will not suffer; [he] has become immortal and will never die. His clothes will never wear out, and his youth will never fade.

Then he said, “Three (types of people), their prayers 12 are not denied: the just ruler, the fasting person when breaking fast, and the wronged person's prayer, which (God) raises above the clouds, and for which the gates of heaven are opened, and the Lord, Almighty and Sublime is He, says, ‘(I swear) By my Might, I will grant you victory, even if only in time 13 (i.e. even if not immediately)’.”

2718 - The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said, “Indeed in Paradise there are rooms: their outside can be seen from inside, and their inside can be seen from outside.” A Bedouin came to him and asked, “Who are they for, Messenger of God?" He replied, “For those who speak amiably, offer food (generously to others), keep up fasting and pray to God during the night while people are asleep.

2719 - The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said, “Indeed in Paradise there are two gardens: their vessels and everything inside them are of silver, and two gardens: their vessels and everything inside them are of gold. Nothing (stands) between the people and looking at their Lord but the Veil of Grandeur 14 upon His face, in the Garden of eternal abode.
An authentic hadīth reported by at-Tirmithiy: “The Book of Describing Paradise”, in Sunan at-Tirmithiy: hadīth number 2719, narrated by Abdullāh Ibn-Qays Abu-Mūsa al-Ash'ariy.

10 - Interpreters of this hadīth argue that shade here refers to the splendor and grandness of the tree rather than its ability to shelter from the heat of the sun, because in paradise there will be no heat or burning sun.

11- In (56 [al-Wāqi'ah]: 30).

12 - i.e. supplication.

13 - Interpretations of this phrase stress God’s mercy in not hastening the penalty, allowing time for the ones who wrong others to repent and make amends. On the other hand, God promises those who are wronged that their rights will be restored, a sign of God’s mercy and justice.

14 - Interpreters explain this phrase as a metaphor that connotes that nothing prevents the people of Paradise from looking directly towards God except their own inability to do so because of being overwhelmed by His Greatness and Sublimity. God, then, bestows His grace upon them by granting them the strength to look at Him, the Almighty. It is believed that the sight of God is the greatest of all blessings.
